Description:

We’re hiring a driven and results-oriented Remote Recruiter to help us build a high-performing team by attracting top talent. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidate pipelines for various roles. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, helping to create job descriptions and define ideal candidate profiles. You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish. You’ll evaluate resumes, conduct phone screenings, and schedule in-depth interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. You’ll manage candidate relationships, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment process. You’ll track key metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, using data to improve the efficiency of the recruiting process. You’ll help with negotiating offers, ensuring that candidates understand the role, compensation, and benefits offered.

Basic Qualifications:

• Assist with reference checks, offer letters, and pre-boarding communication to ensure a confident and professional handoff.
• Write and post clear, compelling job descriptions optimized for SEO and tailored to remote job platforms (e.g., We Work Remotely, Remote OK).
• Represent the company with professionalism and warmth—candidates remember how you made them feel.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and team members, taking into account availability across global time zones.
• Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process, providing updates and prompt responses to questions.

Preferred:

• Can manage multiple open roles and keep hiring managers updated on pipeline progress.
• Willing to give and receive feedback to continuously improve the recruitment process.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with candidates professionally.
• Comfortable interviewing for technical, creative, or operational roles depending on the need.
• Wants to grow into roles like Talent Partner, People Ops Manager, or Head of Recruiting.
