Description:

We’re hiring a Gynecologist who sees every patient as a whole person — not just a diagnosis — and who’s committed to offering individualized, respectful care at every stage of womanhood. You’ll conduct comprehensive exams, manage reproductive health concerns, and address everything from first visits to menopause support. You’ll consult on conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids, pelvic pain, and menstrual irregularities with clarity and professionalism. You’ll perform procedures such as Pap smears, ultrasounds, biopsies, and contraceptive insertions with skill and clear communication. You’ll counsel patients on menstrual health, hormonal changes, and safe family planning choices based on their needs and preferences. You’ll manage prenatal and postnatal care plans while working closely with obstetricians, nutritionists, and mental health professionals when needed. You’ll perform minor in-office procedures and collaborate on surgical cases when needed. You’ll maintain clear and confidential patient records, adhering to the highest standards of ethics and privacy. You’ll maintain clear, confidential documentation and follow all professional and legal protocols with consistency.

Basic Qualifications:

• Provide prenatal care, monitor fetal development, and manage high-risk pregnancies with care and precision.
• Work closely with obstetricians, endocrinologists, and other specialists to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain a calm, nonjudgmental bedside manner when discussing personal or culturally sensitive topics.
• Advise adolescent, adult, and menopausal patients with tailored communication and treatment approaches.
• Ensure your practice complies with legal, ethical, and professional standards at all times.

Preferred:

• Skilled in conducting ultrasounds, prenatal screenings, and interpreting lab test results.
• Able to provide emotional support during miscarriages, infertility treatments, or complex diagnoses.
• Willing to provide patient education on hygiene, lifestyle, STIs, and overall reproductive health.
• Licensed medical doctor with specialization in obstetrics and gynecology and completed residency training.
• Wants to grow into roles like Department Head, Medical Educator, or OB/GYN Consultant.
