Description:

We’re hiring a Content / Music / Video Producer Trainee who’s passionate about storytelling, sound, and visuals — no professional experience needed, just creativity, drive, and a love for content in motion. You’ll support the production of videos, music tracks, and digital content from idea to final export. We’ll teach you how to organize production timelines, prepare equipment, and support pre-production tasks. You’ll help film short-form content, set up microphones, and work with lighting for different moods and scenes. Expect to support editing tasks like cutting footage, syncing voiceovers, adding transitions, or adjusting levels and timing. You’ll learn how to edit efficiently using tools like Premiere Pro, Audition, or DaVinci Resolve. We’ll guide you through planning and storyboarding, helping you understand how content flows and hooks viewers. You’ll learn how to add music, sound design, or branding elements that bring content to life. You’ll also learn how to plan shoots, create moodboards, and scout visuals or audio that enhance a story.

Basic Qualifications:

• Track analytics like views, retention, click-throughs, or streams to measure what’s working.
• Jump into unexpected tasks—from sound mixing to storyboarding—when the project needs a hand.
• Oversee shoots or recording sessions, making sure everything stays on track and on message.
• Maintain quality across multiple projects running at once without dropping the ball.
• Gather feedback and iterate quickly to improve content performance over time.

Preferred:

• Able to oversee teams of editors, musicians, videographers, or talent to deliver high-quality content.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines, fast turnarounds, and dynamic creative environments.
• Willing to produce original content or assist in brand partnerships, influencer campaigns, or client work.
• Capable of coordinating post-production including editing, color grading, mixing, mastering, or captioning.
• Can manage multiple projects in parallel and adapt quickly to last-minute changes.
