You believe design is more than aesthetics — it's about making people feel confident, understood, and in control when they interact with a product. You're thoughtful with your decisions and can explain *why* something works, not just *how* it looks. You bring a mix of big-picture thinking and pixel-perfect execution, balancing stakeholder input, technical constraints, and the realities of timelines without sacrificing design integrity. You bring ideas to the table, but you also listen deeply, ask smart questions, and adapt fast when goals shift.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to design intuitive user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Inject delight into the product where it makes sense—microinteractions, smooth transitions, clever copy.
• Help refine product scope and user flows during early discovery and ideation stages.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term vision, making sure current sprints don’t compromise future scalability.
• Balance aesthetics with functionality, ensuring every pixel serves a purpose and enhances usability.

Preferred:

• Has contributed to the design of real-world digital products, either freelance or in-house.
• Able to present design ideas and receive feedback without taking it personally.
• Understands responsive design and how interfaces adapt across devices.
• Has a portfolio showcasing clean, thoughtful, and user-friendly digital experiences.
• Background or studies in interaction design, HCI, visual communication, or related fields.
