Remote doesn’t mean distant to you — you’re responsive, available, and know how to build strong relationships over email, video, and calls. CRM tools are second nature to you — you update them without being asked and use data to inform your next move. You thrive in a results-driven environment but never lose sight of the human side of sales.

Basic Qualifications:

• Attend remote team check-ins, training sessions, and async updates to stay aligned.
• Qualify leads efficiently so your time (and theirs) is focused on deals that can actually close.
• Use digital tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Loom, Notion, etc.) efficiently to keep communication tight.
• Host video calls or product walkthroughs, adapting your style based on the prospect’s industry and knowledge level.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and identify hot leads or campaign opportunities.

Preferred:

• Familiar with using spreadsheets, task boards, or sales dashboards for tracking progress.
• Open to using automation tools to manage outreach while maintaining authenticity.
• Has worked in SaaS, e-commerce, B2B, or service-based industries (or willing to learn).
• Comfortable with cold calling, lead qualification, and pitching product value.
• Experience writing sales emails or creating proposals tailored to potential clients.
