Description:

We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Assistant who’s ready to jump into the fast-paced world of digital partnerships and help us scale smart. In this role, you won’t just sit on the sidelines — you’ll play an active part in managing our affiliate network, supporting top performers, and finding new ways to make our program thrive. Whether it’s updating creatives, verifying tracking links, or preparing performance summaries, your attention to detail will be essential. You’ll assist with reviewing applications, managing outreach lists, and keeping our CRM and affiliate platform tidy and up-to-date. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to keep content and promotions aligned, and you’ll track what’s working across channels so we can double down where it matters. You’re organized, reliable, and comfortable managing recurring tasks without constant reminders.

Basic Qualifications:

• Review affiliate applications and assist in vetting for brand fit, audience relevance, and quality.
• Join affiliate webinars, training calls, or community chats to stay connected and informed.
• Communicate wins, updates, and opportunities with affiliates in a way that feels human, not corporate.
• Support the affiliate marketing team by researching potential partners and reaching out to them with personalized pitches.
• Help segment affiliates into tiers based on performance and suggest tailored strategies for each tier.

Preferred:

• Understands the value of long-term affiliate relationships over one-time conversions.
• Organized when it comes to managing partner lists, terms, and payments.
• Can identify high-performing campaigns and summarize results for managers.
• Comfortable working remotely, managing tasks, and reporting progress.
• Open to training on affiliate compliance, disclosures, and ethical promotion practices.
