Description:

We’re looking for a Remote Influencer Outreach Specialist who knows how to build meaningful partnerships, not just send mass emails. You’ll identify, vet, and contact influencers across various platforms who align with our brand voice and audience. Your job is part researcher, part communicator, and part brand ambassador — all done remotely and on your schedule. You’ll research influencers’ content, engagement, and community tone before ever saying hello. You’ll craft personalized outreach messages that stand out in crowded inboxes and feel human, not robotic. You’ll work closely with marketing to ensure influencer collaborations align with ongoing campaigns and brand goals. You’ll be expected to juggle dozens of conversations at once — and still make each one feel human. You’ll collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to make sure influencer content aligns with the brand’s tone and timing. You’ll evaluate influencers not only by follower count, but by authenticity, engagement, and niche alignment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Update FAQ pages, return/refund policies, and shipping info to reduce customer confusion and support load.
• Stay organized and responsive in a remote workflow, using tools like Slack, Trello, Notion, or Google Sheets.
• Assist in setting up or optimizing email flows and automations (e.g., abandoned cart emails, thank-you notes, delivery updates).
• Handle small tasks as needed—creating discount banners, updating announcements, or assisting during peak sales periods.
• Coordinate with designers or use tools like Canva to create banners, social content, and product visuals.

Preferred:

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets to manage product data or order tracking.
• Knows how to research trending products and analyze market demand.
• Can assist with writing promotional copy or planning small campaigns.
• Familiar with customer service practices and able to respond to inquiries professionally.
• Pays attention to product details like pricing, variants, and inventory levels.
