Description:

We’re offering a Web Designer Trainee position for someone who’s ready to turn sketches into scroll-stopping digital experiences — no experience required, just a creative mindset and a desire to grow. You’ll assist in designing landing pages, UI components, and layouts under the guidance of senior designers. We’ll teach you how to apply colors, typography, and imagery in ways that strengthen identity and boost usability. You’ll learn how to structure web content with clarity, balancing whitespace, typography, and visual flow. Expect to work with real content — not lorem ipsum — so you can design around actual user needs and behaviors. You’ll get familiar with tools like Figma, Webflow, or Adobe Creative Suite to build layouts and explore design ideas. We’ll guide you through UX fundamentals like simplicity, readability, and reducing friction. You’ll participate in feedback sessions where you’ll learn how to iterate quickly and defend your creative choices. We’ll show you how to balance aesthetics with usability — designing pages that are intuitive, not just impressive.

Basic Qualifications:

• Communicate clearly with remote or cross-functional teams about priorities and expectations.
• Take pride in the work users interact with every day—your designs shape their entire journey.
• Design landing pages, e-commerce experiences, or dashboards depending on project needs.
• Adapt layouts for mobile, tablet, and desktop with pixel-perfect precision.
• Work within design systems or help create new ones to ensure consistency across pages.

Preferred:

• Can contribute to or maintain a design system with reusable components and UI patterns.
• Organized with file versioning, design folders, and project timelines.
• Values clarity, innovation, and functionality in online user experiences.
• Able to create wireframes, UI mockups, and interactive prototypes that align with brand identity.
• Willing to design for CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow when needed.
