Description:

We’re hiring a Waiter/Waitress who understands that great service is about care, not just speed — someone who notices the little things and makes every guest feel like a regular. You’ll greet customers warmly, help them feel at home, and create a welcoming tone from the first interaction. You’ll take food and drink orders accurately, communicate with the kitchen, and ensure each dish is delivered on time and just right. You’ll stay attentive without hovering, offering refills, checking in at the right times, and clearing dishes efficiently. You’ll help guests navigate the menu, suggest options, and handle special requests with attention and care. You’ll be shown how to carry plates, handle drinks, and deliver food safely and professionally. You’ll communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are smooth and timing is spot-on. You’ll coordinate with kitchen staff, runners, and hosts to keep communication fluid and orders timely. You’ll follow all hygiene and safety standards, treating each shift with professionalism and responsibility.

Basic Qualifications:

• Be flexible and ready to cover shifts or assist during special events when needed.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system efficiently.
• Learn and grow through feedback from managers, guests, and teammates.
• Balance multiple tables while staying friendly, organized, and alert.
• Stay positive, even on long shifts or tough nights—your energy sets the tone for the room.

Preferred:

• Understands hygiene standards and safe food handling procedures.
• Values friendliness, attention to detail, and professionalism in every guest interaction.
• Willing to assist with opening or closing duties such as setup, cleaning, or inventory checks.
• Familiar with handling large parties, outdoor seating, or event service when needed.
• Able to coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and correct delivery of orders.
