Description:

We’re hiring a passionate Graphic Designer to join our remote team and help shape the visual identity of our brand. You’ll be responsible for creating stunning visual content for digital and print platforms that reflect our brand identity. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to develop graphics for websites, email campaigns, and online ads that engage and inform our audience. You’ll work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure that all designs align with our messaging and brand guidelines. You’ll be involved in creating layouts, typography, and iconography for web and mobile platforms to improve user experience. You’ll create visually appealing layouts for email templates, newsletters, brochures, and other marketing collateral. You’ll help in the development of creative concepts, from wireframing and mockups to final design execution. You’ll stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating fresh ideas into your work to keep designs modern and relevant.

Basic Qualifications:

• Design landing pages, mockups, or wireframes when needed, even if you’re not owning the full UX flow.
• Participate in reviews, give constructive feedback to peers, and receive critiques with openness and curiosity.
• Balance creativity and functionality—your designs should not only look good but also serve a clear purpose.
• Design everything from Instagram posts to pitch decks, website banners, brochures, and icons with attention to detail and consistency.
• Receive and implement feedback from stakeholders efficiently—iterating quickly without sacrificing creativity.

Preferred:

• Familiar with design collaboration tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Google Drive.
• Comfortable working with feedback, iterating, and refining design concepts.
• Can manage multiple design requests and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.
• Organized with file naming, version control, and delivering assets on time.
• Background or interest in visual communication, branding, or digital media.

You’ll provide the team with high-quality final assets, ensuring that designs are ready for print or digital distribution.
