Working remotely, you’ll manage your own schedule, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and maintain a healthy pipeline with discipline and drive. You know how to balance active listening with persuasive communication, and you’re just as comfortable sending a well-crafted email as you are jumping on a quick call. You’ll collaborate with marketing to optimize inbound leads and with product teams to keep your pitch aligned with real capabilities. CRM hygiene? Flawless.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, or LinkedIn to introduce our products and services in a clear, friendly way.
  • Attend remote team check-ins, training sessions, and async updates to stay aligned.
  • Be persistent but respectful—follow-up is an art, not a spam button.
  • Keep a human-first mindset: people buy from people they trust, not scripts.
  • Follow up with leads consistently, providing value and answering objections without sounding pushy or robotic.

Preferred:

  • Experience writing sales emails or creating proposals tailored to potential clients.
  • Knows how to build rapport quickly over email, phone, or video calls.
  • Basic understanding of the product or service being sold and eagerness to learn more.
  • Wants to grow into roles like Account Executive, Sales Manager, or Business Developer.
  • Able to track and analyze performance metrics like conversion rate and deal size.
