Description:

We’re looking for a creative Social Media Manager to develop and execute social media strategies that enhance our brand’s digital presence. You’ll be responsible for creating and curating content that aligns with our brand’s voice and resonates with our target audience. You’ll manage multiple social media platforms, ensuring that content is consistent, engaging, and optimized for each platform. You’ll analyze social media performance, track metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and growth. You’ll keep up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and platforms, ensuring our strategy is fresh and aligned with current digital marketing trends. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with larger brand initiatives and goals. You’ll monitor brand mentions, engage with followers, and foster relationships to create a loyal online community. You’ll run social media advertising campaigns, including paid promotions and sponsored posts, to expand our reach.

Basic Qualifications:

• Track analytics weekly—engagement, reach, growth—and adjust content strategy based on what actually performs.
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates, best practices, and new platform features—because things change fast.
• Schedule posts in advance but stay ready to pivot when real-time opportunities arise.
• Create internal guidelines or SOPs for voice, visuals, and platform usage as the brand evolves.
• Collaborate with PR, product, and customer service teams to amplify announcements or respond to customer signals.

Preferred:

• Understands hashtag strategy, timing, and content pillars for audience growth.
• Interested in experimenting with new platforms or formats like Reels, Shorts, or Threads.
• Organized with campaigns, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing or PR teams.
• Able to create storyboards or briefs for designers and video editors.
• Knows how to monitor mentions, DMs, and comments to maintain positive brand sentiment.
