We’re looking for a Dental Assistant who knows that great dentistry is a team sport — and you’re the MVP behind the scenes. You’ll be the friendly face that greets nervous patients and helps them feel safe before a single tool is picked up. You’ll prep the room like it’s your stage and make every tray setup Instagram-worthy (okay, maybe just organized). You know how to handle suction, X-rays, and charting — and still have time for a reassuring word. You’ll keep your cool when the schedule runs tight and the waiting room is full — because you’ve got this. You’ll treat every patient like family — whether they’re coming in for a cleaning or something more complex. You’ll manage tools, charts, and schedules like a multitasking wizard in scrubs. You’ll sanitize, stock, and straighten like someone who finds peace in order. You’ll enter notes accurately, update charts efficiently, and make sure nothing gets lost in translation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Help maintain dental equipment such as autoclaves, suction systems, curing lights, and chairs—reporting malfunctions promptly.
• Assist in creating a safe, professional, and positive environment that patients feel comfortable returning to.
• Order and manage inventory of dental supplies and ensure all instruments are accounted for, labeled, and functional.
• Take intraoral photos and assist in digital scanning when required for treatment planning or case documentation.
• Take and develop dental X-rays as instructed, ensuring proper positioning, safety measures, and image clarity.

Preferred:

• Background or training in dental assisting, health sciences, or a certified program.
• Enjoys working closely with a dentist and clinical team to provide excellent patient care.
• Thrives in a team-oriented environment focused on quality care and organization.
• Can calmly manage situations involving anxious patients, children, or medical emergencies.
• Wants to grow into roles like Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) or Office Manager.
