We’re hiring a Junior Data Analyst (Remote) who’s curious, detail-oriented, and ready to turn raw numbers into real insights. You’ll help us make smarter business decisions by organizing raw data, spotting trends, and turning numbers into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to help collect, clean, and interpret data that drives better decision-making across the company. You’ll help build dashboards, generate reports, and spot trends that others might miss, making complex data more accessible to non-technical teammates. Whether it’s helping marketing understand campaign performance or helping product teams uncover user patterns, you’ll play a part in shaping strategy with every chart and query. You’re comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL, and you’re open to learning BI platforms like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

Basic Qualifications:

• Be flexible—sometimes the task is pulling numbers, sometimes it’s spotting a trend, sometimes it's just cleaning a messy sheet.
• Participate in team meetings, take notes, and follow up on assigned data tasks or mini-projects.
• Help define and track KPIs for various departments, keeping dashboards updated and relevant.
• Assist in automating repetitive reporting tasks using scripts or templates (Python, R, SQL, or no-code tools).
• Stay organized with folders, naming conventions, and data versioning so files are always findable.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for organizing and analyzing data.
• Enjoys solving real-world problems by turning data into insights and action.
• Pays close attention to details and double-checks their work before submitting.
• Can assist in building reports or dashboards for different departments or clients.
• Able to meet deadlines and ask clarifying questions when needed.
