Description:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you’re the master of movement, timing, and efficiency. You’ll be responsible for coordinating the logistics process from suppliers to customers, ensuring that all goods are shipped on time. Every day, you’ll coordinate shipments, confirm deliveries, and resolve delays like a pro. From warehouses to delivery routes, you’ll know what’s going where and when. Working cross-functionally with sales, warehouse, and customer service teams is part of your routine. You’ll help maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and invoices. If there's a disruption in the supply chain, you're the first to jump in with a backup plan. You’ll monitor stock levels, working closely with purchasing teams to reorder materials in time to meet demand and avoid shortages. You bring clarity to chaos and create systems that others can rely on.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support emergency or rush orders by coordinating fast-track delivery solutions or alternative routing.
• Stay in contact with carriers or warehouse personnel to proactively address traffic delays, labor shortages, or weather-related disruptions.
• Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations accurately and on time.
• Maintain strong relationships with key vendors and logistics partners to negotiate better terms and ensure priority handling.
• Identify inefficiencies in delivery routes or supply chain processes and suggest improvements to increase speed and reduce expenses.

Preferred:

• Familiar with both domestic and international shipping practices is a plus.
• Willing to update reports, dashboards, or shipment records on a daily or weekly basis.
• Experience coordinating shipments, deliveries, or inventory across vendors or locations.
• Pays close attention to details like delivery dates, tracking numbers, and documentation accuracy.
• Knows how to optimize shipping routes, carriers, or vendors based on cost and timing.
