Description:

We’re looking for a Music Producer who can turn creative sparks into fully realized tracks — someone who understands both the art and architecture of sound, and knows how to guide a project from raw idea to final master. You’ll oversee the full production process from concept to completion, helping artists refine demos, define their sonic identity, and develop a cohesive body of work. You’ll build arrangements that support the voice, elevate the lyrics, and create a unique signature for every track. You’ll produce songs from the ground up or step into unfinished sessions with the clarity to finish them strong. We expect you to adapt quickly between genres, moods, and creative goals without losing your ear or identity. You’ll also be hands-on with sound design, beat creation, and digital editing to ensure the track hits emotionally and technically. You’ll collaborate with mix engineers to get clean, punchy results that translate across platforms and formats. You’ll balance creativity with technical know-how — exporting, compressing, and preparing assets for every use case, from Dolby Atmos to TikTok. We value your ability to balance inspiration with discipline — giving artists freedom, but also knowing when to push for more.

Basic Qualifications:

• Oversee or assist with sound design for brand content, games, or short-form video.
• Work with labels, managers, and sync agencies to deliver on commercial briefs or deadlines.
• Guide the emotional and sonic direction of songs to match the artist’s vision and market fit.
• Manage studio sessions, keeping artists focused, inspired, and on schedule.
• Handle post-production tasks including mixing, mastering, and file delivery.

Preferred:

• Values originality, attention to sonic detail, and the emotional connection music can create.
• Proficient in DAWs such as Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, or Pro Tools for recording, sequencing, and mixing.
• Pays strong attention to clarity, loudness, stereo imaging, and frequency balance in mixes.
• Wants to grow into roles like Executive Producer, Sound Designer, or Label A&R.
• Experience producing music across genres such as pop, hip-hop, electronic, or cinematic depending on artist or project needs.
