Description:

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Remote Recruiter to help us attract and hire top talent for our company. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles across multiple departments. You’ll collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for each role. You’ll leverage job boards, social media, and professional networks to proactively source candidates and build a diverse talent pool. You’ll review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role. You’ll work with candidates to discuss their qualifications, experience, and expectations, providing a clear picture of the role. You’ll ensure a diverse candidate pool by proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards and networking. You’ll maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and track key performance indicators, such as time-to-hire and candidate quality.

Basic Qualifications:

• Write and post clear, compelling job descriptions optimized for SEO and tailored to remote job platforms (e.g., We Work Remotely, Remote OK).
• Stay up to date on remote hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate expectations for distributed teams.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and culture fit for each position.
• Facilitate feedback collection post-interviews, ensuring timely decision-making and a smooth candidate experience.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process remotely—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates across roles and time zones.

Preferred:

• Pays attention to candidate experience, from outreach to rejection messages.
• Able to conduct initial interviews and assess soft skills, culture fit, and role alignment.
• Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable.
• Understands basic labor laws and compliance across different regions or countries.
• Background or interest in HR, talent acquisition, psychology, or business.

You’ll be a key partner in improving the overall recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
