Description:

We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, creative-thinking Etsy Shop Manager to help run and grow our online storefront with style and strategy. You’ll be the central force behind our Etsy storefront — updating listings, improving visibility, and handling day-to-day logistics. You know how to write listings that not only describe the product but sell the story behind it. You’ll manage orders, update tracking info, and keep our fulfillment process smooth and stress-free. You’re responsive, professional, and kind when handling customer inquiries, reviews, or refund requests. You’ll optimize product listings using Etsy SEO best practices and track performance through the platform’s analytics. You’ll track sales performance, notice trends, and make recommendations on what’s working (and what’s not). You’ll also work closely with our production or design team to ensure accurate listings and timely updates. This role requires someone who can take initiative, notice small issues before they become big problems, and communicate clearly.

Basic Qualifications:

• Keep an eye on inventory or file delivery issues and fix anything before it impacts customer experience.
• Track expenses, revenue, and profit margins—especially if managing physical goods or fulfillment services.
• Oversee the daily operations of an Etsy store—managing listings, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
• Celebrate wins—new products, customer milestones, five-star reviews—and share them to build credibility and community.
• Handle customer service with professionalism and care—answer questions, resolve complaints, and build strong relationships with buyers.

Preferred:

• Keeps up with Etsy algorithm changes, marketplace trends, and best practices.
• Pays close attention to shop aesthetics and brand consistency across listings.
• Understands the unique balance between creativity and analytics in running an Etsy shop.
• Has experience tracking analytics like visits, conversion rate, and revenue trends.
• Values great customer service, product presentation, and building loyal buyers.
