We’re hiring a Financial Analyst Trainee who’s eager to turn data into insight and numbers into strategy — no experience required, just strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and attention to detail. You’ll assist in analyzing revenue streams, cost trends, and operational metrics that drive company performance. We’ll teach you how to build dynamic models that support everything from pricing decisions to hiring plans. You’ll learn how to break down data into usable insights and make sense of large spreadsheets and raw numbers. Expect to support month-end closings, variance analysis, and presentations for senior decision-makers. We’ll guide you through working with real-world financial tools like NetSuite, Power BI, and Excel. You’ll learn how finance collaborates with operations, sales, and product to plan ahead and make better decisions. We’ll show you how financial decisions ripple through departments — from marketing to supply chain to HR. You’ll also gain exposure to investor updates, board decks, and internal KPI reviews. We’ll introduce you to the key terms and tools used in business finance, even if you’re starting from scratch.

Basic Qualifications:

• Balance precision with speed—sometimes a 90% answer today beats 100% next week.
• Break down complex data into digestible formats for non-finance teams.
• Assist in budgeting, planning, and performance tracking for departments or entire business units.
• Support cost-cutting initiatives and efficiency improvements with clear financial reasoning.
• Collaborate with accounting, marketing, and operations to ensure financial alignment across the company.

• Comfortable supporting investment decisions, cost analysis, or product pricing strategies.
