Description:

We’re looking for a Film Director with a strong artistic voice and the ability to bring unique, emotionally grounded stories to life — someone who can see the invisible structure behind every frame and elevate it with vision and soul. You’ll lead the creative process from script to screen, shaping tone, visual language, and emotional rhythm throughout production. We expect you to collaborate fluidly with writers, cinematographers, art directors, and editors throughout the production pipeline. You’ll direct casting, lead rehearsals, and bring out layered performances that feel honest, surprising, and fully human. You’ll design scenes with a sharp eye for blocking, movement, and camera language that enhances the emotional core of each moment. Your creative direction will influence everything from costume design to lighting tone to soundscape strategy. We’ll rely on your leadership during shooting — keeping energy high, focus tight, and quality uncompromised. You’ll be present on set as both a leader and an artist — solving problems in real time while maintaining creative integrity. Post-production will include close work with editors and sound designers to ensure that pacing, tone, and structure stay aligned with your vision.

Basic Qualifications:

• Lead the creative direction of the film, making decisions on tone, pacing, casting, and style.
• Balance storytelling, artistic expression, and production constraints like budget and time.

• Able to translate scripts and storyboards into visual scenes with emotional impact and technical precision.
• Wants to grow into roles like Creative Director, Showrunner, or Studio Head.
• Willing to collaborate with writers, producers, and creative teams from concept to final cut.
• Familiar with working under budget constraints while maintaining creative integrity.
• Enjoys guiding teams toward a unified creative vision from concept to screen.
