We’re hiring Construction Worker Trainees — no experience needed, just a willingness to work hard, learn fast, and show up ready to build something real every day. If you’ve never held a hammer, mixed concrete, or read a tape measure — don’t worry, we’ll teach you step by step. No resume needed — just bring energy, a good attitude, and the ability to show up on time. You’ll work under the guidance of experienced crew leads who will show you how things are really built — not just in theory, but with your hands. You’ll show up on time, stay alert, and know that even small tasks — sweeping, measuring, moving materials — keep the project moving. You’ll learn how to use tools correctly — from shovels and saws to drills, levels, and laser lines — always with supervision and support. You’ll learn how to mix concrete, handle rebar, use levels, cut lumber, and install components step by step. You’ll be part of a team where quality matters more than speed — and you’ll get faster the right way, not by skipping steps. You’ll start to notice things you never did before: crooked angles, air bubbles, loose grout, missed spots — and you’ll be the one to fix them.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support skilled tradespeople (e.g., electricians, carpenters, masons, plumbers) by preparing work areas and fetching tools or materials.
• Ultimately, help build safe, functional structures by performing hands-on tasks that keep the project moving forward every day.
• Assist with roadwork, landscaping, or exterior finishing tasks depending on the construction site type.
• Load and unload construction supplies from trucks and distribute them to appropriate areas on the site.
• Participate in ongoing training for certifications like OSHA, flagging, or equipment operation if required.

Preferred:

• Able to follow blueprints or verbal instructions from supervisors and foremen.
• Open to rotating between tasks such as measuring, cutting, mixing, or setting up structures.
• Experience working on construction sites performing tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, or assisting tradespeople.
• Able to report hazards or damaged tools to supervisors quickly and responsibly.
• Has basic math skills for measuring materials, reading levels, or interpreting dimensions.
