Description:

We’re hiring a Call Center Operator for technical support — ideal for someone who’s patient, tech-savvy, and able to explain solutions clearly to customers of all levels. You’ll answer calls from policyholders, patients, or providers regarding claims, benefits, coverage, and appointment scheduling. You’ll be trained to use call scripts, CRM tools, and objection-handling techniques to keep conversations flowing and results strong. You’ll log call details, update client records, and track the nature of each inquiry using CRM systems. You’ll record every call with detailed notes, including the issue, resolution steps, and client satisfaction outcome. You’ll stay connected with your team through virtual meetings, chat channels, and support ticket systems. You’ll follow up on marketing campaigns, inbound inquiries, or abandoned carts depending on the project. You’ll handle rejection professionally, using it as motivation to refine your pitch and keep moving forward. You’ll follow communication guidelines, privacy protocols, and quality assurance standards set by the company.

Basic Qualifications:

• Follow call scripts and workflows while adapting to each caller’s tone and needs.
• Stay organized, meet deadlines, and keep personal workstations tidy and secure.
• Maintain a positive tone, even when dealing with difficult or frustrated callers.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, or account details.
• Strive for a balance of speed, accuracy, and empathy in every conversation.

Preferred:

• Background or interest in customer service, sales, help desk, or support roles.
• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Operator, Team Lead, or Customer Success Manager.
• Experience handling inbound and/or outbound calls in a customer service, support, or sales environment.
• Team-oriented and capable of supporting colleagues with information, system help, or call transfers.
• Familiar with call center software, CRM systems, and multi-line phone setups.
