We’re searching for a Flight Attendant Trainee who’s excited to turn a love for people and travel into a meaningful, high-altitude career — no experience needed, just kindness, adaptability, and a desire to grow. You’ll be trained to deliver safe, smooth, and welcoming experiences across domestic and international routes. We’ll train you in safety briefings, medical response, and how to remain composed in a variety of in-flight scenarios. You’ll assist with passenger seating, overhead storage, and pre-departure routines that set the tone for the flight. Expect to handle a mix of routine and unexpected — from coffee requests to handling anxious passengers during turbulence. You’ll learn how to perform safety demonstrations, respond to alarms, and act quickly during unexpected events. We’ll show you how to work within tight schedules, follow flight protocols, and support your team with clear communication. You’ll learn how to de-escalate tense situations calmly, while staying firm on rules and safety procedures. We’ll introduce you to emergency procedures, crew coordination, and using equipment like fire extinguishers and oxygen tanks.

Basic Qualifications:

• Adapt quickly to different time zones, cultures, and work environments every day.
• Remain calm and composed during delays, reroutes, or difficult flight conditions.
• Handle passenger complaints, conflicts, or special needs with empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Attend regular training sessions to stay certified in first aid, CPR, and safety procedures.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the entire flight.

Preferred:

• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus for international routes.
• Knows how to handle medical situations calmly and escalate appropriately to crew or medical personnel.
• Thrives in service-oriented, safety-first teams with global reach and a strong sense of professionalism.
• Capable of performing pre-flight checks, preparing the cabin, and completing detailed reports post-flight.
• Pays attention to grooming, uniform standards, and representing the airline brand professionally.
