Description:

We’re hiring a Nurse who brings skill, empathy, and calm to every shift — someone who understands that great care is both clinical and deeply human. You’ll provide direct patient care including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound management. You’ll collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to create and follow treatment plans. You’ll administer IVs, monitor vitals, manage pain, and assist with emergency procedures as part of a rapid-response team. You’ll document everything clearly and accurately, ensuring continuity and safety across shifts and departments. You’ll coordinate with physicians and specialists, ensuring all aspects of the care plan are executed correctly and compassionately. You’ll document everything carefully — from symptoms and test results to emotional observations and patient feedback. You’ll notice subtle changes in behavior or condition, often before they become urgent — because you’re paying attention. You’ll handle families with grace — providing updates, reassurance, and clear communication even under pressure.

Basic Qualifications:

• Follow strict hygiene, infection control, and hospital safety protocols at all times.
• Prepare patients for procedures or surgeries by explaining steps and providing emotional support.
• Mentor nursing students or junior staff when appropriate, modeling best practices.
• Participate in ongoing training, certifications, and continuing education to stay current.
• Be the steady presence patients rely on—you’re the heartbeat of the care team.

Preferred:

• Willing to advocate for patient needs and collaborate with physicians and specialists.
• Knowledgeable in specialized areas such as pediatrics, geriatrics, oncology, or critical care is a plus.
• Proficient in monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and documenting medical records accurately.
• Pays close attention to patient safety, medication accuracy, and timely interventions.
• Familiar with operating medical equipment and following standard hygiene and infection control protocols.
