Description:

We’re looking for a Content / Music / Video Producer Trainee who’s ready to jump into the creative process and help turn raw ideas into powerful, polished content — no experience required, just passion, discipline, and a love for media. You’ll support the production of videos, music tracks, and digital content from idea to final export. We’ll teach you how to turn raw footage into cohesive narratives, with pacing, flow, and emotional resonance. You’ll assist in setting up lights, cameras, microphones, or DAWs depending on the type of content being created. Expect to work across content types: music videos, interviews, behind-the-scenes reels, vlogs, and branded content. You’ll learn how to use tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects, or Logic Pro — we’ll train you step by step. We’ll guide you through layering music, transitions, captions, effects, and animations to keep viewers engaged. You’ll learn how to produce for different platforms — from fast-paced Reels to longer YouTube breakdowns. You’ll assist in publishing content and optimizing it for engagement — from thumbnails to titles to platform specs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work hands-on with editing—video, audio, or music—if you have the chops, or guide post-production teams if not.
• Ensure all creative follows copyright, licensing, and usage standards, especially for music or third-party assets.
• Brainstorm fresh formats and concepts that align with the brand and audience interests.
• Adapt quickly when plans change—rain delays, tech fails, or last-minute script rewrites happen.
• Champion storytelling and originality over just chasing trends or views.

Preferred:

• Knows how to translate ideas or briefs into clear production plans and executable formats.
• Understands how to brief editors, musicians, or animators with clarity and constructive feedback.
• Wants to grow into roles like Executive Producer, Creative Director, or Head of Content.
• Able to communicate effectively with creative, technical, and marketing stakeholders.
• Willing to conduct casting, location scouting, studio bookings, or gear rentals as needed.

You’ll assist in publishing content to platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, or Instagram, and learn formatting for each. You’ll contribute to projects across formats: music clips, behind-the-scenes edits, podcast intros, social videos, and more. You’ll be part of brainstorms, editing sprints, and publishing schedules that teach you how real production teams work. You’ll strengthen your creative instincts, technical skills, and ability to deliver under tight timelines. By the end of the traineeship, you’ll understand how to move from concept to content, across sound and visuals. You’ll have hands-on experience that applies to media, entertainment, marketing, or content creation.
