You thrive in the space between design and development — taking static mockups and transforming them into dynamic, responsive, and conversion-focused websites. Whether it’s a marketing site, portfolio, landing page, or CMS-driven blog, you know how to architect clean layouts with consistent class naming, scalable structures, and thoughtful animations. You’ve worked with CMS collections, multi-step interactions, and know how to make animations feel intentional, not gimmicky. Whether you’re working from Figma files, wireframes, or a napkin sketch, you can take an idea and turn it into a production-ready site that feels thoughtful and polished. You’ve probably built landing pages, full websites, and maybe even Webflow templates that other creators rely on. Your projects are scalable, well-organized, and easy to update, making you a favorite among clients and teammates alike.

Basic Qualifications:

• Help clients or teams migrate legacy sites to Webflow with minimal downtime and full fidelity.
• Help maintain internal documentation or loom walkthroughs for teams managing content or small tweaks post-launch.
• Handle site backups, version tracking, and duplicate cloning to ensure safety during updates or redesigns.
• Stay organized in file and page structure—clients and teammates should never get lost inside the Webflow project.
• Advise non-technical stakeholders on what's possible, what’s not, and how to get there within budget.

Preferred:

• Proficient in Webflow with experience building responsive websites from scratch.
• Able to turn Figma or design mockups into pixel-perfect Webflow websites.
• Wants to grow into roles like Webflow Lead, Product Designer, or No-Code Engineer.
• Has a portfolio with live Webflow sites that demonstrate creativity and precision.
• Understands website best practices for usability, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
