Description:

We’re hiring a Marketing & Content Trainee to help grow a personal brand across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and email — no experience needed, just scroll-savviness and strong storytelling instincts. You’ll be creating and testing content fast — for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, emails, blog posts, and landing pages. We’ll teach you how to balance creativity with strategy, and how to speak in a voice that’s consistent, human, and brand-aligned. Expect to write captions that sound natural but drive engagement — and know how to add value in under 10 seconds. Expect to draft newsletters, blog posts, case study outlines, and product updates — all in a clear, confident voice. You’ll learn what makes a reel go viral, how to study analytics, and how to create repeatable formats that feel personal. We’ll show you how to speak to pain points, build trust, and write copy that turns readers into clients, not just followers. You’ll get feedback from marketers, founders, and subject-matter experts who want to help you grow, not just delegate work. We’ll give you frameworks — not rules — and help you build a feel for pacing, authenticity, and value-first content.

Basic Qualifications:

• Run A/B tests on visuals, captions, or posting times to optimize results.
• Build relationships with our audience through stories, polls, comments, and DMs.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to bring campaigns to life.
• Edit or write short-form copy that’s snappy, clear, and value-driven.
• Analyze post performance and tweak strategy based on what’s resonating (or flopping).

Preferred:

• Enjoys building communities, sparking conversations, and growing online presence.
• Skilled in writing compelling captions, scheduling posts, and using social media planning tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
• Can collaborate with designers, copywriters, and ad specialists to align creative direction with brand goals.
• Familiar with influencer outreach, user-generated content strategies, or brand partnerships.
• Familiar with brand tone, visual identity, and guidelines to keep communication consistent.
