Description:

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who’s excited to try a little bit of everything — because in a startup, that’s exactly what you’ll do. You’ll support our marketing team with research, content updates, campaign tracking, and a whole lot of Google Sheets. You’ll communicate mostly in writing: Slack, Notion, comments, tickets — so clarity, context, and kindness in text are your superpowers. You’ll learn to prioritize without someone over your shoulder, manage your time across multiple projects, and ask smart questions early. We’ll give you briefs, expectations, and feedback in writing — and you’ll reply with progress, questions, or a finished task (with notes). You’ll help update content calendars, optimize blog posts, tag data in reports, and maybe even rewrite a headline that lands better. You’ll keep calendars clean, folders named, and version control tight — because in the chaos, your structure keeps things moving. You’ll get exposed to SEO basics, funnel logic, A/B testing, and light design review — just enough to know how they connect. You’ll sit in on team meetings, take notes, ask questions, and slowly start to contribute ideas of your own.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Track ad budgets and assist in invoice reconciliation, ensuring spending stays aligned with campaign plans.
  • Organize creative assets, brand templates, and campaign calendars so the marketing team stays organized and aligned.
  • Collect screenshots, analytics, and campaign notes to prepare presentations or recap decks for internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with brand voice, guidelines, and target audience preferences.
  • Coordinate giveaways, influencer outreach, or collaborations by drafting briefs and tracking deliverables.

Preferred:

  • Comfortable sourcing visuals or coordinating with design teams to complete content assets.
  • Wants to grow into roles like Digital Marketing Specialist, Content Manager, or Growth Marketer.
  • Excited to support high-performing campaigns that attract and engage target audiences.
  • Able to schedule and monitor posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or X (Twitter).
  • Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, or Canva.
