We’re offering a Content / Music / Video Producer Trainee role for someone who loves to create and wants to learn how stories, visuals, and sound come together in professional content — no experience required, just creative energy and a willingness to learn. You’ll support the production of videos, music tracks, and digital content from idea to final export. We’ll teach you how to organize production timelines, prepare equipment, and support pre-production tasks. You’ll help organize shoot days, prep audio setups, adjust lighting, and assist with camera operation or direction. Expect to support editing tasks like cutting footage, syncing voiceovers, adding transitions, or adjusting levels and timing. You’ll get hands-on with tools like DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, GarageBand, or FL Studio depending on the project. We’ll guide you through layering music with visuals and using sound to create rhythm, tension, or energy. You’ll support the team in organizing project assets, tracking changes, and ensuring deadlines are met. You’ll assist in publishing content and optimizing it for engagement — from thumbnails to titles to platform specs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Balance creative ambition with logistical reality—you can’t shoot a volcano if there’s no volcano.
• Build relationships with freelancers and vendors you can rely on when deadlines are tight.
• Jump into unexpected tasks—from sound mixing to storyboarding—when the project needs a hand.
• Repurpose long-form content into short clips, trailers, or highlight reels across channels.
• Coordinate teams of writers, editors, musicians, videographers, and designers to bring creative ideas to life.

• Organized with file structure, content calendars, release schedules, and version tracking.
