Description:

We’re hiring a Call Center Operator to make outbound calls for product promotion, lead follow-up, and customer reactivation — perfect for someone who’s persuasive, goal-oriented, and confident speaking with new people. You’ll answer incoming calls and support tickets from users experiencing technical issues with software, hardware, apps, or devices. You’ll use scripts, software, and product knowledge to provide accurate information and deliver excellent service every time. You’ll log each call with outcome notes, client interest level, and next-step tasks for future follow-up or closing. You’ll record every call with detailed notes, including the issue, resolution steps, and client satisfaction outcome. You’ll meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for calls made, conversions completed, and qualified leads generated. You’ll follow up on marketing campaigns, inbound inquiries, or abandoned carts depending on the project. You’ll handle rejection professionally, using it as motivation to refine your pitch and keep moving forward. You’ll follow communication guidelines, privacy protocols, and quality assurance standards set by the company.

Basic Qualifications:

• Remain calm and composed in high-pressure or fast-paced call queues.
• Take pride in being the voice of the company and a key part of the customer experience.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on requests, surveys, appointments, or service updates.
• Adapt to rotating shifts, holidays, or extended hours when required by business needs.
• Stay up to date on product changes, promotions, and system updates through regular briefings.

Preferred:

• Enjoys solving problems, providing support, and making a positive impression by phone.
• Familiar with call center software, CRM systems, and multi-line phone setups.
• Team-oriented and capable of supporting colleagues with information, system help, or call transfers.
• Experience handling inbound and/or outbound calls in a customer service, support, or sales environment.
• Organized in logging call details, updating customer records, and managing follow-ups accurately.
