Description:

We’re hiring an HR Specialist (Recruiter) Trainee who’s excited to learn how to find, connect with, and support great talent — no prior experience needed, just strong people skills and attention to detail. You’ll assist in drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, and managing candidate pipelines across multiple roles. We’ll teach you how to screen resumes, identify red flags, and spot transferable skills that others might miss. You’ll support recruiters by pre-screening applicants and learning how to evaluate both technical skills and soft traits. Expect to sit in on interviews, observe different interview styles, and take notes to support hiring decisions. You’ll get familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR tools, and databases used to manage recruiting workflows. You’ll help draft outreach messages, follow-up emails, and internal hiring updates with clarity and professionalism. Expect to support internal hiring reports, keep databases organized, and track key recruiting metrics like time-to-hire. You’ll also support diversity and inclusion efforts, learning how to reduce bias and expand reach.

Basic Qualifications:

• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and culture fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and refine role requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders promptly and constructively.
• Keep candidates informed, supported, and engaged throughout the hiring journey.
• Conduct initial interviews and guide candidates through the pipeline with professionalism and empathy.

Preferred:

• Able to write clear and engaging job descriptions aligned with company values and hiring goals.
• Thrives in structured, fast-moving environments where people are the priority.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Background or interest in human resources, organizational psychology, or talent acquisition.
• Able to coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate expectations professionally.
