Description:

We’re hiring a Flight Attendant Trainee to join our cabin crew and deliver exceptional service at 35,000 feet — no prior experience required, just a passion for travel and a calm, friendly attitude. You’ll be trained to deliver safe, smooth, and welcoming experiences across domestic and international routes. We’ll show you how to manage everything from boarding to final cabin checks with precision and poise. You’ll help welcome guests on board, assist with seating and luggage, and support special needs passengers. Expect to handle announcements, answer questions, and resolve small issues before they escalate. You’ll learn how to perform safety demonstrations, respond to alarms, and act quickly during unexpected events. We’ll guide you through service excellence — offering meals, refreshments, and genuine hospitality with every interaction. You’ll gain knowledge of international routes, cross-cultural etiquette, and how to make every passenger feel welcome. You’ll become familiar with different aircraft layouts and learn to navigate the cabin like second nature.

Basic Qualifications:

• Help with in-flight sales, customs documentation, or duty-free service where required.
• Prepare for each flight by reviewing passenger lists, flight duration, and special instructions.
• Perform post-flight duties such as reporting incidents, restocking supplies, and securing the cabin.
• Follow airline protocols for service, hygiene, and emergency preparedness at all times.
• Represent the airline's image through appearance, professionalism, and excellent service.

Preferred:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
• Capable of performing pre-flight checks, preparing the cabin, and completing detailed reports post-flight.
• Comfortable traveling frequently and adapting to different time zones, cultures, and climates.
• Values courtesy, attention to detail, and problem-solving in guest-facing roles.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus for international routes.
