Description:

We’re hiring a Photographer / Videographer Trainee to help capture live events — from weddings and ceremonies to brand launches and behind-the-scenes moments — no experience needed, just focus and passion. You’ll work alongside experienced creatives on shoots for brands, influencers, campaigns, and lookbooks. We’ll teach you how to frame shots quickly, shoot in changing light, and capture authentic details that bring locations to life. You’ll work with minimal gear — natural light, soft microphones, handheld cameras — to find beauty in simplicity. You’ll help set up gear, frame wide and close angles, manage batteries, card backups, and stay alert in fast-changing situations. We’ll show you how to film emotional beats, joyful chaos, and still make everything feel cinematic and personal. You’ll also help document trips: packing shots, behind-the-scenes, cultural moments, and day-to-day experiences for social platforms. You’ll assist on shoots in studios, apartments, cafes, rooftops, and outdoor spots — learning how to adapt to any light and space. tight shots, telling a visual story, and creating content that feels like a memory, not a postcard.

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain an organized archive of past projects for future edits or reuse.
• Ensure all equipment is charged, packed, and functioning before every shoot.
• Color-correct, sound-balance, and add motion or graphic elements when needed.
• Use tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop with confidence.
• Edit short- and long-form video for social, branded, or documentary-style content.

Preferred:

• Capable of basic color correction, audio syncing, transitions, and adding text overlays to video content.
• Understands the technical limitations and creative opportunities of mobile vs. professional gear.
• Background or passion in visual storytelling, film, photography, or content production.
• Familiar with editing tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Can adapt to different tones — from cinematic to commercial, documentary to editorial.
