Description:

We’re hiring a Photographer / Videographer Trainee to help capture live events — from weddings and ceremonies to brand launches and behind-the-scenes moments — no experience needed, just focus and passion. You’ll assist in capturing beautiful moments across cities, nature, people, food, and real life — from rooftops to remote roads. We’ll teach you how to frame scenes with intention, think in shots not just clips, and shoot content that feels lived-in and real. You’ll gain experience with DSLR and mirrorless cameras, audio gear, tripods, gimbals, and sometimes just quick reflexes and natural light. You’ll learn the basics of landscape, street, and action videography — and how to find beauty in movement, rhythm, and stillness. We’ll guide you in capturing both horizontal and vertical formats, knowing when to shoot B-roll, and understanding what content works best where. You’ll learn how to find balance between creativity and client needs — and how to shoot intentionally with editing in mind. You’ll assist on shoots in studios, apartments, cafes, rooftops, and outdoor spots — learning how to adapt to any light and space. You’ll assist with organizing footage, tagging clips, syncing audio, and even helping build teaser edits.

Basic Qualifications:

• Color-correct, sound-balance, and add motion or graphic elements when needed.
• Maintain an organized archive of past projects for future edits or reuse.
• Capture high-quality visuals using professional cameras, lighting setups, and audio gear.
• Ensure all equipment is charged, packed, and functioning before every shoot.
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments when relevant for additional content value.

Preferred:

• Can collaborate with models, clients, stylists, or art directors to bring a vision to life.
• Wants to grow into roles like Creative Director, Cinematographer, or Full-Time Content Creator.
• Proficient in framing, composition, lighting, and exposure for various environments.
• Able to scout locations, plan shots, and visualize content according to a brief or storyboard.
• Willing to shoot behind-the-scenes content or short reels for promotional use.
