Description:
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Remote Recruiter to help us attract and hire top talent for our company. You’ll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job openings to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top candidates. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, helping to create job descriptions and define ideal candidate profiles. You’ll source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool. You’ll post job openings, evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and assist in making final hiring decisions. You’ll manage relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience from initial contact to offer acceptance. You’ll track key metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, using data to improve the efficiency of the recruiting process. You’ll maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and track key performance indicators, such as time-to-hire and candidate quality.
Basic Qualifications:
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals—crafting personalized outreach that stands out.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and team members, taking into account availability across global time zones.
- Represent the company with professionalism and warmth—candidates remember how you made them feel.
- Maintain a talent database for future openings—tagging and categorizing past applicants for faster sourcing later.
- Facilitate feedback collection post-interviews, ensuring timely decision-making and a smooth candidate experience.
Preferred:
- Can handle high-volume recruitment and prioritize based on urgency and business goals.
- Wants to grow into roles like Talent Partner, People Ops Manager, or Head of Recruiting.
- Willing to support employer branding by helping create posts or materials for social channels.
- Pays attention to candidate experience, from outreach to rejection messages.
- Comfortable writing compelling job descriptions and posting them across various channels.
