Description:

We’re seeking a Gynecologist who views women’s health as a lifelong partnership — someone who offers expert guidance, clear communication, and nonjudgmental care across all stages of life. You’ll be responsible for conducting routine exams, diagnosing conditions, and guiding patients through screenings, treatments, and preventive care plans. You’ll guide patients through birth control options, STI screenings, prenatal care, and fertility assessments with both clarity and empathy. You’ll perform preventive screenings and early interventions that promote long-term reproductive health and early detection of complications. You’ll provide counseling on reproductive health, fertility, contraception, and menopause with sensitivity and respect. You’ll create a safe, calm environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions, sharing concerns, and making informed decisions. You’ll follow patients over time, providing continuity of care that builds trust and improves outcomes. You’ll work alongside nurses, sonographers, and primary care teams to ensure coordinated and efficient patient journeys. You’ll educate patients about lifestyle factors, risk prevention, and proactive health choices.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support patients through childbirth, postpartum recovery, and long-term reproductive planning.
• Respond promptly to gynecological emergencies like ectopic pregnancies, hemorrhages, or miscarriages.
• Be the trusted expert patients rely on during some of their most vulnerable moments.
• Follow up with patients to review lab results, adjust treatments, and offer ongoing support.
• Stay current with advancements in women’s health, new treatments, and updated medical guidelines.

Preferred:

• Comfortable leading a team of nurses, residents, or clinic staff during procedures or exams.
• Pays strong attention to patient history, risk factors, and emotional well-being during consultations.
• Comfortable performing surgical procedures such as C-sections, hysterectomies, or laparoscopies.
• Thrives in high-responsibility, emotionally sensitive environments where expertise directly impacts lives.
• Familiar with providing contraceptive counseling, fertility evaluations, and menopause management.
