You understand how to manage a pipeline, update a CRM religiously, and follow up with precision. You’ll partner closely with our internal teams to provide customer feedback, improve materials, and make sure we’re aligned on who we’re serving and how.
Basic Qualifications:

- Help build sales playbooks, templates, or case studies based on real-world conversations.
- Share feedback from prospects with the product team to help shape feature development or positioning.
- Follow up with leads consistently, providing value and answering objections without sounding pushy or robotic.
- Track KPIs like response rate, call-to-demo ratio, and closed deals to stay sharp and improve continuously.
Preferred:
- Enjoys learning about client pain points and positioning offers that match.
- Experience in outbound or inbound sales, customer outreach, or lead generation.
- Understands the importance of consultative selling and providing real solutions.
- Has worked in SaaS, e-commerce, B2B, or service-based industries (or willing to learn).
- Comfortable with cold calling, lead qualification, and pitching product value.
