Description:

We’re looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team and optimize our website’s performance on search engines. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies to increase website traffic and engagement. You’ll conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis, identifying high-value keywords and opportunities for growth in competitive markets. You’ll work on-site SEO, optimizing content, meta tags, header tags, and internal linking to improve search engine rankings. You’ll perform off-page SEO tasks such as link building and outreach to improve domain authority and page rankings. You’ll monitor and track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush, making adjustments to improve results. You’ll perform regular SEO audits to identify technical issues, such as crawl errors, slow page load times, and mobile optimization problems. You’ll collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content, aligning keywords with content strategy and optimizing engagement. You’ll stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging SEO tactics to continuously improve performance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Perform competitor analysis to uncover keyword gaps, backlink strategies, and content positioning opportunities.
• Automate routine SEO tasks where possible, using scripts or tools to save time and scale insights.
• Adapt strategies based on results—what worked last year might not work next quarter.
• Support international or local SEO strategies through hreflang tags, location pages, and multilingual content planning.
• Support YouTube or e-commerce SEO when relevant—optimizing product pages, descriptions, or video metadata.

Preferred:

• Can optimize for local SEO, including Google Business Profile and location-specific content.
• Understands how to analyze Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword performance reports.
• Pays attention to URL structure, image optimization, and accessibility standards.
• Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment focused on organic growth.
