Description:

We’re looking for a dynamic Online English Tutor to help students improve their English language skills through personalized lessons. You’ll design customized lesson plans that cater to the specific needs and learning goals of each student. You’ll create customized lesson plans to focus on areas such as grammar, vocabulary, writing, and speaking skills. You’ll provide constructive feedback, encouraging students to improve their speaking, writing, and comprehension skills. You’ll help students build their conversational skills, encouraging them to engage in real-life English dialogues. You’ll assist with exam preparation, helping students review for tests like TOEFL, IELTS, and Cambridge English exams. You’ll monitor student progress and adapt lesson plans as necessary to ensure effective learning outcomes. You’ll track and monitor student performance, adjusting lesson content to ensure continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

• Keep track of student attendance, progress, and lesson notes using tools like Google Sheets, Notion, or platform dashboards.
• Correct pronunciation, sentence structure, and usage gently during lessons, explaining errors in a clear, constructive way.
• Assess students' progress regularly through quizzes, speaking practice, and personalized feedback.
• Balance speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities for a well-rounded learning experience.
• Assign homework, reading tasks, or writing exercises that reinforce class topics and support independent study.

You’ll motivate students to continue practicing outside of lessons, helping them become independent learners. You’ll provide extra learning materials and resources for students to work on outside of class, encouraging self-study and improvement. You’ll work closely with students to identify and overcome any language learning challenges they may face.
