Just graduated or switching careers? No experience? No problem — we’ll train you step by step in both imaging and patient-centered care. You’ll work closely with a tight-knit team, learning how to do more with less — and do it well. You’ll gain confidence using advanced imaging equipment while learning how to think like a medical professional. We’ll show you how to manage your own workflow, set up and clean equipment, and handle diverse patient needs independently. You’ll learn to operate machines with precision, troubleshoot calmly, and work around real-life limitations like short staff or power flickers. You’ll help someone scared of a cancer scan feel heard, or someone recovering from a fall feel dignity instead of frustration. Every patient is different — and you’ll learn how to adapt to body types, injuries, mobility levels, and emotions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Adjust equipment settings based on body type, movement, or special health conditions.
• Stay up to date on new imaging techniques, safety procedures, and medical regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of procedures, patient data, and equipment usage.
• Work closely with radiologists and physicians to provide accurate imaging for diagnosis.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly.

Preferred:

• Experience with contrast media safety and assisting in fluoroscopic or interventional procedures is a plus.
• Values accuracy, patient care, and teamwork in a clinical setting.
• Experience operating radiographic equipment in hospital, outpatient, or diagnostic lab settings.
• Capable of recognizing artifacts or errors and repeating scans when necessary to ensure diagnostic quality.
• Background or degree in radiologic technology, diagnostic imaging, or medical sciences.
