We’re hiring a Junior Data Analyst (Remote) who’s passionate about data, curious by nature, and ready to turn numbers into narratives. You’ll support our data and business teams by organizing, analyzing, and visualizing data that informs real business decisions. You’ll dive into spreadsheets, write basic SQL queries, and assist with maintaining dashboards that track key business metrics. You’re familiar with the basics: spreadsheets, SQL queries, and maybe a bit of Python or R, but more importantly, you love learning and improving your skills every day. Whether you're pulling metrics from a database or organizing survey results into actionable takeaways, your work will help teams move faster and smarter. You’re the type who triple-checks formulas, labels charts clearly, and takes pride in delivering clean, reliable work.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support ad hoc requests from different departments and learn how to prioritize under shifting demands.
• Assist in automating repetitive reporting tasks using scripts or templates (Python, R, SQL, or no-code tools).
• Be flexible—sometimes the task is pulling numbers, sometimes it’s spotting a trend, sometimes it's just cleaning a messy sheet.
• Document processes, assumptions, and findings clearly so others can understand and build on your work.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, or operations teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.

Preferred:

• Can assist in building reports or dashboards for different departments or clients.
• Interested in learning more about data tools like Python, R, or Google Analytics.
• Pays close attention to details and double-checks their work before submitting.
• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts like trends, correlations, and outliers.
• Enjoys working with numbers, charts, and turning data into stories.
