Description:

We’re hiring a Nurse who brings skill, empathy, and calm to every shift — someone who understands that great care is both clinical and deeply human. You’ll provide direct patient care including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound management. You’ll handle trauma, cardiac events, overdoses, fevers, fractures, and everything in between — sometimes all in one shift. You’ll monitor vitals, interpret symptoms, and escalate issues when something feels off — even if the numbers don’t say it yet. You’ll advocate for your patients, catching the small signs that others might miss and speaking up when something isn’t right. You’ll coordinate with physicians and specialists, ensuring all aspects of the care plan are executed correctly and compassionately. You’ll communicate clearly with patients and families, offering updates and reassurance — even when emotions are running high. You’ll notice subtle changes in behavior or condition, often before they become urgent — because you’re paying attention. You’ll handle families with grace — providing updates, reassurance, and clear communication even under pressure.

Basic Qualifications:

• Be the steady presence patients rely on—you’re the heartbeat of the care team.
• Stay calm under pressure, whether you’re in a quiet clinic or a busy trauma unit.
• Coordinate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare staff to deliver holistic patient care.
• Assist during code blues, emergencies, or rapid response events with focus and precision.
• Advocate for patient needs and preferences—especially when they can't speak for themselves.

Preferred:

• Willing to mentor junior nurses, precept students, or lead care coordination efforts.
• Capable of providing emotional support and health education to patients and caregivers.
• Familiar with operating medical equipment and following standard hygiene and infection control protocols.
• Able to manage physical demands of nursing such as lifting, standing, and extended shifts.
• Comfortable supporting health screenings, immunization drives, or community health programs.
