Description:

We’re hiring a Photographer / Videographer Trainee — no professional experience required, just a passion for visual storytelling and a drive to learn by doing. You’ll assist in planning, shooting, and editing visual stories — interviews, vlogs, aesthetic b-roll, table scenes, morning light, walks, hands making tea, and real-life pauses that feel like cinema. We’ll teach you how to frame portraits, manage natural and studio light, and direct models and clients with confidence and care. You’ll gain experience with DSLR and mirrorless cameras, audio gear, tripods, gimbals, and sometimes just quick reflexes and natural light. Expect to help film people talking calmly, reflecting, working, moving slowly, and being fully themselves on camera. We’ll guide you in capturing both horizontal and vertical formats, knowing when to shoot B-roll, and understanding what content works best where. You’ll learn how to blend documentary with beauty: capturing what’s real, but making it shine. You’ll gain skills in framing wide vs. We’ll also teach you the basics of editing: color correction, trimming, transitions, and how to export clean content for Reels, YouTube, and TikTok.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay current on visual trends, gear upgrades, and editing techniques.
• Edit and retouch footage or images to ensure they meet brand standards and look polished.
• Capture high-quality visuals using professional cameras, lighting setups, and audio gear.
• Adapt to different environments: indoor studios, outdoor locations, live events, etc.
• Handle the full content lifecycle—from concept to final export and delivery.

Preferred:

• Experience operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras for photography and video production.
• Can adapt to different tones — from cinematic to commercial, documentary to editorial.
• Background or passion in visual storytelling, film, photography, or content production.
• Familiar with editing tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Willing to travel, carry equipment, and handle on-set logistics as needed.
