We’re searching for an Online Community Support specialist who lives and breathes digital connection — someone who knows how to make an online space feel warm, safe, and active. You’ll help organize events, post updates, create engagement prompts, and keep things running smoothly day to day.

Basic Qualifications:

• Celebrate user achievements, milestones, or contributions—help build a culture of recognition and belonging.
• Respond to user concerns or frustrations with empathy and clarity, offering help or context where possible.
• Create or curate memes, polls, or lightweight content that fits the tone of the space without trying too hard.
• Welcome new members, introduce them to key resources, and help them feel at home from day one.
• Monitor conversations to ensure discussions stay respectful, helpful, and aligned with community guidelines.

Preferred:

• Pays attention to recurring questions and helps improve FAQs or knowledge bases.
• Values authenticity, safety, and meaningful connections in every user interaction.
• Can help onboard new members, share announcements, and guide discussions.
• Willing to support users across time zones and adapt to an asynchronous environment.
• Familiar with moderation tools and platforms like Discord, Facebook Groups, Reddit, or Circle.
