We’re hiring a Remote Sales Representative who thrives on connection, communicates with purpose, and knows that trust is the foundation of every successful deal. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through our offerings with confidence, clarity, and just the right amount of hustle. This isn’t a churn-and-burn sales role — we’re looking for someone who can nurture leads, build rapport quickly, and close with integrity. You’ll be working remotely, managing your own pipeline, qualifying leads, handling objections with confidence, and moving conversations forward with purpose. You know how to balance active listening with persuasive communication, and you’re just as comfortable sending a well-crafted email as you are jumping on a quick call. Your follow-up game is strong — timely, respectful, and always on point. CRM hygiene? You thrive in a results-driven environment but never lose sight of the human side of sales.
Basic Qualifications:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and identify hot leads or campaign opportunities.
- Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, or LinkedIn to introduce our products and services in a clear, friendly way.
- Represent the company with professionalism and energy, whether on a cold call or closing Zoom call.
- Be persistent but respectful—follow-up is an art, not a spam button.
- Celebrate wins and learn from rejections—it’s all part of growing the pipeline.
Preferred:
- Takes rejection professionally and uses it as motivation to improve approach.
- Wants to grow into roles like Account Executive, Sales Manager, or Business Developer.
- Comfortable adapting pitches based on customer persona or industry.
- Able to handle objections calmly and tailor messaging to client needs.
- Comfortable with cold calling, lead qualification, and pitching product value.
