You know how to balance active listening with persuasive communication, and you’re just as comfortable sending a well-crafted email as you are jumping on a quick call. Your follow-up game is strong — timely, respectful, and always on point. CRM hygiene? You thrive in a results-driven environment but never lose sight of the human side of sales.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and identify hot leads or campaign opportunities.
• Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, or LinkedIn to introduce our products and services in a clear, friendly way.
• Represent the company with professionalism and energy, whether on a cold call or closing Zoom call.
• Be persistent but respectful—follow-up is an art, not a spam button.
• Celebrate wins and learn from rejections—it’s all part of growing the pipeline.

Preferred:

• Takes rejection professionally and uses it as motivation to improve approach.
• Wants to grow into roles like Account Executive, Sales Manager, or Business Developer.
• Comfortable adapting pitches based on customer persona or industry.
• Able to handle objections calmly and tailor messaging to client needs.
• Comfortable with cold calling, lead qualification, and pitching product value.
