Description:
We’re looking for a Remote Sales Representative who knows how to build relationships, not just close deals. You’re the kind of person who can read between the lines on a Zoom call, turn a “maybe later” into a “let’s do it,” and follow up without being pushy. This role isn’t about cold scripts and hard sells — it’s about understanding customer needs, guiding them toward solutions, and creating long-term value. You’ll handle discovery calls, identify customer pain points, and tailor solutions that make sense — not just for quotas, but for people. You know how to balance active listening with persuasive communication, and you’re just as comfortable sending a well-crafted email as you are jumping on a quick call. You’ll collaborate with marketing to optimize inbound leads and with product teams to keep your pitch aligned with real capabilities. CRMs, sales funnels, and follow-up flows are part of your natural workflow, and you’re not afraid to experiment with new outreach strategies or messaging angles. Collaboration is part of your process — you’ll sync with marketing to align on messaging, share lead feedback, and make sure the whole funnel flows smoothly.
Basic Qualifications:
- Track your own performance honestly and ask for help when you hit a wall—no ego, just growth.
- Work closely with team leads to refine your pitch, scripts, and objection-handling techniques.
- Keep a human-first mindset: people buy from people they trust, not scripts.
- Share feedback from prospects with the product team to help shape feature development or positioning.
- Stay on top of trends in the industry to keep your pitch relevant and sharp.
Preferred:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and friendly tone.
- Open to using automation tools to manage outreach while maintaining authenticity.
- Has worked in SaaS, e-commerce, B2B, or service-based industries (or willing to learn).
- Takes rejection professionally and uses it as motivation to improve approach.
- Enjoys reaching targets and celebrating small wins as part of a sales journey.
