Description:

We’re hiring a Courier Trainee who’s ready to learn the ins and outs of package delivery using a company vehicle in a structured, logistics-driven environment. You’ll begin by supporting experienced couriers with loading routes, securing cargo, and checking paperwork before departure. You’ll learn how to scan parcels, verify manifests, and double-check addresses before leaving the warehouse. You’ll be trained on how to use delivery apps, navigation tools, and scanning systems to track orders in real time. You’ll help maintain delivery logs, update transport records, and confirm hand-offs with clear signatures and documentation. You’ll receive guidance on maintaining your vehicle — from pre-trip inspections to post-trip checks and cleanliness. You’ll be taught how to store and handle packages to avoid damage during long trips or changing weather conditions. You’ll gain experience in highway navigation, border procedures (if applicable), and drop-off protocols in unfamiliar cities. You’ll gain experience in handling fragile, urgent, or sensitive deliveries with extra care and attention.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ensure all packages are delivered to the correct address and secured if no one is available.
• Pick up and deliver packages, documents, or goods safely and on time to specified destinations.
• Maintain a neat, presentable appearance—you're a representative of the company on every stop.
• Adapt quickly to weather conditions, traffic detours, or last-minute delivery changes.
• Take pride in completing your route with accuracy, care, and a sense of responsibility.

Preferred:

• Capable of handling cash-on-delivery payments, mobile transactions, or receipts when needed.
• Able to lift and carry parcels, food containers, or lightweight furniture as required.
• Valid driver’s license (or bicycle/motorcycle license) and a good driving record.
• Can follow instructions from dispatchers, apps, or printed routes without getting overwhelmed.
• Able to navigate apartment buildings, office complexes, or rural addresses confidently.

You’ll help with end-of-day procedures like unloading undelivered items, restocking bins, and cleaning the vehicle interior. You don’t need experience — just a reliable attitude, a sense of direction, and a phone with a working GPS.
