Description:

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. You’ll manage the brand’s social media profiles, crafting engaging posts, and interacting with our community on various platforms. You’ll create, curate, and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to engage our audience. You’ll track and analyze performance data, adjusting content and strategies based on engagement metrics and user feedback. You’ll stay informed about the latest social media trends, incorporating new features, tools, and tactics into campaigns. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that campaigns and social media efforts are aligned with broader business goals. You’ll engage with followers and respond to comments and messages, cultivating a positive and active online community. You’ll manage paid social media campaigns, ensuring they are targeted, cost-effective, and drive measurable results.

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain an organized asset library—logos, templates, past posts, captions—for efficiency and reuse.
• Ensure all posts follow brand voice, tone, visual guidelines, and accessibility standards (alt text, readable fonts, etc.).
• Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook using tools like Buffer or Later.
• Build and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistency and balance across different content types (educational, entertaining, promotional).
• Experiment with new formats like polls, AMAs, or carousels to boost engagement and test what resonates.

Preferred:

• Can prepare monthly performance reports with insights and next steps.
• Understands the balance between authenticity and professionalism on social platforms.
• Can develop strategies for product launches, brand awareness, or user-generated content.
• Interested in experimenting with new platforms or formats like Reels, Shorts, or Threads.
• Knows how to grow both engagement and followers organically over time.

You’ll collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other partners to expand our reach and grow our brand presence. You’ll create visually engaging content, including graphics, videos, and stories, to increase interaction and drive traffic. You’ll manage social media content calendars, ensuring posts are timely, relevant, and consistent with the brand’s voice. You’ll evaluate competitor strategies, identifying opportunities for differentiation and ways to improve our own approach. You’ll build relationships with influencers and partners to expand the brand’s presence and foster community engagement. You’ll assist in developing brand guidelines to ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual assets across all platforms. This remote role provides flexibility, allowing you to work independently while driving impactful social media strategies.
