Description:

We’re hiring a Car Washer with a focus on detailing — ideal for someone who’s meticulous, hands-on, and takes real pride in making every vehicle look showroom-ready. You’ll clean exteriors using pressure washers, extendable brushes, degreasers, and industrial soap solutions to remove heavy grime and buildup. You’ll wash, rinse, and dry vehicles using water-efficient systems, foam cannons, and microfiber towels. You’ll work in teams to cover large surface areas quickly and safely, rotating between different parts of the vehicle during the wash cycle. You’ll follow a step-by-step process to ensure every wash meets company standards for quality and efficiency. You’ll interact directly with customers, answering questions and explaining add-ons like waxing, ceramic spray, or odor neutralizing. You’ll use eco-friendly products and low-water techniques to minimize environmental impact and maximize customer satisfaction. You’ll work on luxury cars, daily drivers, SUVs, and even motorcycles — each one requiring unique care and techniques. You’ll help stage vehicles for cleaning, back them out safely after washing, and assist in organizing fleet rows.

Basic Qualifications:

• Understand that a clean car is more than just appearance—it reflects service and care.
• Support team members during peak times by helping with vacuuming, drying, or prepping cars.
• Report any visible vehicle damage to supervisors before starting the cleaning process.
• Inspect finished vehicles for missed spots and touch up areas as needed before delivery.
• Use the correct cleaning products and techniques based on vehicle type, paint, and interior materials.

Preferred:

• Able to clean vehicle exteriors and interiors using appropriate soaps, tools, and detailing products.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and staying on task during busy periods.
• Open to learning interior shampooing, engine bay cleaning, or ceramic coating preparation tasks.
• Follows safety rules and uses protective gear such as gloves or eye protection as needed.
• Values cleanliness, efficiency, and precision in daily work.

You’ll help maintain the wash bay or yard — keeping it clean, dry, and clear of hazards at all times. You’ll wear proper gear and follow dealership safety and cleanliness procedures at all times. You’ll follow safety guidelines for chemical handling, ventilation, and protective equipment. You’ll work under time constraints during peak fleet return hours, maintaining speed without sacrificing accuracy. You’ll work flexible hours based on route volume — including some weekends or evenings during busy seasons. You’ll receive support from shift leads and get better with each car — learning tips, tools, and time-saving tricks.
