You’ll create fun, fresh content that catches the eye of TikTok’s algorithm and lands on the For You page. Whether you’re filming on your phone, experimenting with new formats, or mixing in trending audios, you’ll bring fresh ideas to life every single day. The goal is not perfection — it’s authenticity, creativity, and speed. You’ll script out ideas, shoot content (even with just your phone), and edit it with a flair for timing and trends.

Basic Qualifications:

• Edit footage with snappy cuts, music, filters, and captions to keep viewers watching to the end.
• Keep a backlog of unused clips, drafts, and ideas ready for days when inspiration is low.
• Research what’s trending in your niche and bring a fresh twist to it whenever possible.
• Stay flexible and react fast when a trend hits—speed matters more than perfection.
• Track analytics weekly to report on wins and lessons learned.

Preferred:

• Experience crafting TikTok videos that capture attention within the first few seconds.
• Enjoys experimenting with text overlays, voiceovers, or trending sound snippets.
• Willing to brainstorm as a team and occasionally help shoot content for others.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and improvising when needed to stay authentic.
• Understands the role of sound, music timing, and captions in maximizing engagement.
